    ►All equipment / rigging compliance data tracked via computer software enabling swift maintenance or replacement.

 

    ►Answering service after normal hours of operation in contact  with On Call personnel.

        Normal operating hours:  7 am - 12 noon, 1 pm - 5 pm

        Monday - Friday.  Saturday and Sunday - On Call only 

 

    ►Toll free 800 telephone service within the US.

 

    ►Certificates furnished on request.

 

    ►Specialized customer equipment tracking reports with accounting available on request.

 

    ►Individual customer inventory / rental reports available on request.

 

    ►Quotations furnished at "No Charge".  Quotations requiring engineering will require "Up Front" payment for the engineering before any quotation is completed.  This payment will be applied to purchase.
